A developer turned cloud engineer.

I started in software development — building applications with C# .NET and Python — and moved into IT and application support, managing Linux and Windows Server environments. Combining code and core infrastructure is what drew me to cloud engineering.

I'm currently building CloudDesk, a cloud-native IT support ticketing system on Azure, to deepen my hands-on skills with Azure App Service, SQL Database, Blob Storage, Bicep, and GitHub Actions CI/CD.

Based in Lahore. Graduated with a BS CS from Virtual University of Pakistan. Currently expanding my skillset in AI development and containerized microservices.

A cloud-native IT helpdesk ticketing system built on Azure to demonstrate real-world PaaS skills. Features full CRUD ticket management, file attachments via Blob Storage, live monitoring with Application Insights, Bicep-based infrastructure as code, and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline. Designed with managed identity — no secrets in code.
